About the role

Execute and optimize CRM campaigns to enhance customer interactions.

  • Turn every customer interaction into something meaningful by bringing campaigns to life across various channels.
  • Key Responsibilities Own execution of CRM campaigns, including setup, monitoring, and optimization.
  • Support implementation of the CRM strategy defined by the CRM Manager.
  • Work with customer segmentation, personalization, and targeting to deliver relevant messaging.
  • Provide input to campaign innovation, customer journey improvements, and automation flows.
  • Analyze campaign performance and prepares reports to inform business decisions.
  • Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in CRM, email marketing, or digital campaign execution.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and campaign management tools, especially in Bloomreach.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and improve performance.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
