About the role
Execute and optimize CRM campaigns to enhance customer interactions.
- •Turn every customer interaction into something meaningful by bringing campaigns to life across various channels.
- •Key Responsibilities Own execution of CRM campaigns, including setup, monitoring, and optimization.
- •Support implementation of the CRM strategy defined by the CRM Manager.
- •Work with customer segmentation, personalization, and targeting to deliver relevant messaging.
- •Provide input to campaign innovation, customer journey improvements, and automation flows.
- •Analyze campaign performance and prepares reports to inform business decisions.
- •Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in CRM, email marketing, or digital campaign execution.
- •Proficiency in CRM platforms and campaign management tools, especially in Bloomreach.
- •Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and improve performance.
- •Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
