About the role

Drive customer acquisition, retention, and growth for Capi Money's international payments platform.

  • We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to blend sales and account management responsibilities to ensure that our customers derive maximum value from our international payments platform.
  • Key Responsibilities Acquire new corporate customers locally using existing and new acquisition channels.
  • Identify potential challenges and customer needs, converting leads into active, long-term customers.
  • Guide new customers through the onboarding process, ensuring they fully understand and effectively use our platform.
  • Proactively engage with onboarded, inactive, and churned accounts to identify opportunities for reactivation and upselling.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to relay customer feedback and contribute to continuous product improvements.
  • Requirements Minimum of 5 years in customer success, account management, or sales roles within high-performing environments, ideally in fintech, banking, international payments, or financial services.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; fluent in English, French and local languages.
  • Results-driven, highly organized, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with a strong customer-centric mindset.
