  • Equativ is looking for a proactive and strategic RFP & Sales Enablement Specialist to join our Sales Enablement team.
  • Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end proposal process for global demand-side opportunities (Agencies, Brands, Trading Desks).
  • Synthesize complex technical information into clear, persuasive, and brand-aligned narratives.
  • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for the sales team during the discovery phase of a pitch.
  • Requirements Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, with a strong affinity for tech and media.
  • A first successful experience (6+ months) within the Ad Tech ecosystem, a media agency, or a brand’s digital department.
  • Native-level fluency in both English and French.
