- •Identify churn risks and deliver strategic retention solutions.

- •Requirements 6+ years customer experience, including payroll and account management experience.
- •Strong communication and rapport-building skills.
- •Proficiency with Salesforce, Zoom, Google Suite, and Chili Piper.
- •Demonstrated AI fluency in customer-facing roles.
