• •The Performance Specialist will help generate flawlessly translated visual dubs from AI-powered cinematic Performance Transfer.
• •Key Responsibilities Use Flawless tools to craft, refine, and deliver high-quality visual dubs for film and TV content Shape performances with a strong artistic eye, ensuring natural lip sync, facial realism, and emotional authenticity Review face tracking, keyframes, and timing to elevate output quality at a detailed, frame-accurate level Requirements 2+ years of experience in film, TV, animation, or post-production in a hands-on creative role Strong understanding of lip sync and audio synchronization at a sub-frame level Experience with keyframing and shot-based work in editing, VFX, or animation pipelines
