Manage high-volume recruiting processes and candidate experience for Go-to-Market roles.
- •Hightouch is seeking an Associate Talent Partner to support their Go-to-Market recruiting team.
- •This role will manage high-volume hiring processes, ensuring candidate experiences are excellent and interview cycles are organized.
- •Key Responsibilities Own interview scheduling and logistics for a high-volume slate of GTM reqs.
- •Manage complex, multi-stage interview cycles and candidate data in Ashby.
- •Draft and send candidate communications and support offer processes.
- •Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for candidates, delivering an exceptional experience.
- •Support recruiters with light sourcing and market mapping on select searches.
- •Requirements 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR operations, or a similarly detail-heavy role.
- •Hands-on experience with Ashby is required.
- •Proven ability to manage high volume without sacrificing quality.
- •Comfort with complexity and ambiguity.
- •Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
