  • This role owns the customer acquisition and activation lifecycle, from waitlist to first booking, driving engagement through various communication channels.
  • Key Responsibilities Design, execute, and optimize customer journeys across SMS, email, push, and in-app channels.
  • Lead an experimentation roadmap to improve activation rates and customer quality.
  • Launch and maintain core customer journeys with defined SLAs and QA audits.
  • Build a playbook library for customer nurturing and recovery.
  • Requirements 5-10 years in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or customer acquisition.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM/marketing automation platforms (e.g., Braze, Iterable, Klaviyo).
  • Deep understanding of email, SMS, deliverability, segmentation, and A/B testing.
  • Data-literate with experience interpreting dashboards and funnel metrics.
