Drives customer acquisition and activation through various communication channels.
- •Neko Health is redefining preventative care by making data-driven insights accessible.
- •This role owns the customer acquisition and activation lifecycle, from waitlist to first booking, driving engagement through various communication channels.
- •Key Responsibilities Design, execute, and optimize customer journeys across SMS, email, push, and in-app channels.
- •Lead an experimentation roadmap to improve activation rates and customer quality.
- •Launch and maintain core customer journeys with defined SLAs and QA audits.
- •Build a playbook library for customer nurturing and recovery.
- •Requirements 5-10 years in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or customer acquisition.
- •Hands-on experience with CRM/marketing automation platforms (e.g., Braze, Iterable, Klaviyo).
- •Deep understanding of email, SMS, deliverability, segmentation, and A/B testing.
- •Data-literate with experience interpreting dashboards and funnel metrics.
