- •Navigate the quote-bind-issue lifecycle from start to finish, ensuring fast, accurate turnaround on every deal.
- •Operate like an owner.
- •Build and evolve QuoteWell’s wholesale capabilities, especially within binding authority lines, driving efficiency and scale as we grow.
- •Work across teams.
- •Partner with Engineering, Product, and Operations to design and implement tools that make underwriting in surplus lines smoother and smarter.
- •Requirements 3+ years of experience in a wholesale underwriting or production role, with a strong record of success in E&S.
- •Active home state general and surplus lines licenses Producer mindset.
