• •Gopuff is seeking a Sales Floor Leader to support the Store Manager in creating an excellent customer experience while driving sales and delivering on business goals.
• •This role involves leading daily operations and motivating the team to achieve store objectives.
• •Key Responsibilities Create a welcoming environment and provide exceptional customer service.
• •Manage day-to-day store operations, including opening/closing, cash handling, and POS system management.
• •Achieve sales targets and maximize profitability through effective selling and merchandising.
• •Monitor inventory levels and participate in inventory management activities.
• •Enforce company policies and procedures, including health, safety, and security.
• •Requirements 3+ years of management experience.
• •Understanding of regulatory requirements related to the sale of alcohol.
• •Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
