- •This role is part of the Sales organization and sits at the commercial center of air up's omnichannel setup.
- •The mission is to systematically identify and activate levers that drive profitable growth and ensure execution across Offline Retail, D2C, and Amazon teams.
- •Key Responsibilities Build a data-driven framework to evaluate promotional effectiveness and ROI across all channels.
- •Define winning assortments per channel and implement clear channel gating principles.
- •Continuously review and evolve the Pack-Price Architecture (PPA).
- •Build and embed a robust Gross-to-Net (GTN) framework to optimize trade investment.
- •Requirements Experience in commercial strategy and driving profitable growth.
- •Strong analytical skills and ability to build data-driven frameworks.
- •Experience in cross-channel strategy and execution.
- •Ability to partner closely with various stakeholders (Product, Sales, Marketing).
