  • This role is part of the Sales organization and sits at the commercial center of air up's omnichannel setup.
  • The mission is to systematically identify and activate levers that drive profitable growth and ensure execution across Offline Retail, D2C, and Amazon teams.
  • Key Responsibilities Build a data-driven framework to evaluate promotional effectiveness and ROI across all channels.
  • Define winning assortments per channel and implement clear channel gating principles.
  • Continuously review and evolve the Pack-Price Architecture (PPA).
  • Build and embed a robust Gross-to-Net (GTN) framework to optimize trade investment.
  • Requirements Experience in commercial strategy and driving profitable growth.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to build data-driven frameworks.
  • Experience in cross-channel strategy and execution.
  • Ability to partner closely with various stakeholders (Product, Sales, Marketing).
