- •Key Responsibilities Identify and pursue high-potential clients and manage full sales cycle from prospecting to close Create value-driven solutions and present Flexport capabilities in meetings Own and exceed personal sales targets and lead customer onboarding Collaborate with internal teams, fill operational gaps, and create feedback loops with stakeholders Requirements At least 3 years experience in quota-carrying, full-cycle sales roles Experience in freight forwarding or logistics business development Comfort with cold-calling, discovery calls, and account management Strong communication, organizational skills and solution-oriented selling
