- •Hyperexponential (hx) is building an AI-powered platform for the insurance industry.
- •The Client Education team focuses on ensuring customer success by developing training, certification, and documentation for hx's platform.
- •This role involves delivering technical training and supporting the creation of learning materials.
- •Key Responsibilities Deliver technical training sessions to clients and partners.
- •Build and maintain high-quality course content, including online modules and video tutorials.
- •Support the design and delivery of certification assessments.
- •Partner with Product, Customer, and Partnerships teams to translate new features into training material.
- •Contribute to the partner enablement program.
- •Requirements Experience delivering training or technical explanations to a non-technical or semi-technical audience.
- •Comfort with programming languages like Python or equivalent hands-on experience.
- •Hands-on experience with SaaS tools, APIs, or similar technical products.
- •Initiative to build or improve learning content or processes.
- •Confident and clear communication with clients or external stakeholders.
