• •Deliveroo is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for its Vauxhall team to oversee daily site operations, ensuring customer satisfaction by facilitating the rapid delivery of household essentials.
• •Key Responsibilities Oversee order picking and dispatch to meet time targets.
• •Manage inventory accuracy, including unloading deliveries and logging claims.
• •Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe warehouse environment, conducting H&S checks.
• •Collaborate with management to ensure smooth site operations and employee adherence to procedures.
• •Ensure 100% stock accuracy across all designated counting areas.
• •Requirements Proven ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments (FMCG, Retail, Warehouse, or Last-mile delivery is a plus).
• •Track record of hitting goal targets, such as pick times or dispatch KPIs.
• •A "lead by example" mentality with a passion for motivating and coaching junior team members.
• •Proactive approach to problem-solving and improving site operations.
