• •Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and grow a team of engineers focused on marketing technology and web platform initiatives Partner with Product and Marketing stakeholders to shape roadmap priorities, technical direction, and execution plans Guide the development of scalable systems that support personalized messaging, campaign automation, experimentation, and lifecycle marketing Requirements Experience in leading engineering teams Strong understanding of marketing technology and web platforms Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams Experience with AI-driven SEO strategies Strong leadership and communication skills
