- •As an Agent PM at Sierra, you will build and ship AI agents handling thousands of customer conversations daily.
- •Key Responsibilities Partner with engineers and customers to build AI agents.
- •Engage with customers to discover requirements and address technical challenges.
- •Shape the product roadmap with engineering and product development teams.
- •Requirements 5-7+ years experience in product development of highly technical products.
- •Past experience in Product Management or similar roles.
- •Ability to communicate technical concepts to various audiences.
- •Strong English and Japanese communication skills.
