Operate AI systems to enhance marketing efficiency and effectiveness.
- •As an Agentic Operator, Marketing, you will be the central point connecting marketing strategy with the AI-powered systems, tools, and workflows that drive execution.
- •Key Responsibilities Own the AI operations layer for marketing, including tool governance and workflow automation.
- •Design, build, and deploy end-to-end AI-powered workflows for inbound, outbound, and lifecycle marketing motions.
- •Operationalize AI-powered nurture sequences using tools like Qualified for scaled, personalized outreach.
- •Build and maintain a centralized AI knowledge graph and use-case library for the marketing team.
- •Act as the go-to internal resource for evaluating, building, and scaling AI-powered workflows.
- •Requirements Proven experience building with LLMs (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) and agentic workflows in a B2B context.
- •Strong understanding of AI operations and marketing technology stacks.
- •Ability to partner with marketing leaders and RevOps to drive AI-driven projects.
- •Experience with tools like Qualified, Cursor, Supabase, and Qualified is a plus.
