- •Reddit is seeking a Staff People Integrations Engineer to manage and scale integrations within its People technology ecosystem, focusing on connecting Workday with other systems.
- •This role ensures reliable and secure data flow across critical employee, candidate, and benefits systems.
- •Key Responsibilities Own the health, maintenance, and enhancement of Workday integrations and the broader People technology ecosystem.
- •Develop and support Workday Studio integrations, EIBs, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect integrations, APIs, and web services.
- •Design and implement scalable automation solutions to improve operational efficiency.
- •Troubleshoot integration failures, investigate root causes, and implement durable solutions.
- •Support advanced Workday configuration, reporting, and data extracts.
- •Requirements 5+ years of experience designing, building, and maintaining Workday integrations.
- •Deep experience with Workday integrations (Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, APIs, web services).
- •Strong experience with Workday calculated fields, advanced reporting, and integration-related configuration.
- •Experience integrating Workday with other People systems (recruiting, identity management, contingent workforce, etc.).
- •Strong understanding of APIs, web services, integration security, and data mapping.
