TL;DR

- •Skydio is seeking an onsite IT Operations Engineer to provide frontline employee technology support, managing the full employee technology lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding and equipment provisioning.
- •This role is crucial for ensuring a smooth technology experience for all employees.
- •Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for IT support, troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues across Linux, Windows, and Mac.
- •Own the employee technology lifecycle, including onboarding, transfers, and offboarding, provisioning and deprovisioning accounts and devices.
- •Administer and improve Okta for identity and access management, and manage employee devices using JumpCloud.
- •Manage the full equipment request lifecycle, from intake to provisioning and tracking, and maintain IT asset inventory.
- •Proactively maintain and troubleshoot conference room and meeting space technology.
- •Requirements Minimum of 2 years supporting employees in a fast-paced office environment with hands-on technical experience supporting Linux, Windows, and Mac.
- •Experience with Okta for identity and access management and JumpCloud or similar MDM/device management tooling.
- •Comfortable troubleshooting conference room and meeting space technology and possess networking fundamentals.
- •Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset and excellent communication skills.
