• •The Senior Director of Fresh Grocery (Produce, Meat & Seafood) drives the growth, profitability, and execution of our fresh grocery business.
• •Key Responsibilities Full P&L Ownership: Manage gross sales, margin contribution, shrink mitigation, and profitability targets.
• •Strategic Vendor Management & Procurement: Oversee vendor relationships, performance metrics, and cost of goods sold (COGS).
• •Cross-Functional Orchestration: Align Merchandising, Field Operations, and Supply Chain for unified goals.
• •Assortment & Localization Strategy: Design regional product assortments based on customer demands and trends.
• •Quality & Cold-Chain Management: Ensure strict quality standards and cold-chain integrity.
• •Requirements 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in grocery retail or fresh food operations.
• •Extensive vendor management and supplier relations expertise.
• •Proven financial accountability with full P&L performance management.
• •Strong understanding of perishable supply chain networks and food safety regulations.
