TL;DR
Develop and maintain computer vision systems for VPS and 3D mapping pipelines.
- •Join Niantic Spatial to build the future of physical AI and spatial intelligence.
- •As a Senior Computer Vision Engineer, you will develop and maintain computer vision systems for our VPS and 3D mapping pipelines.
- •Key Responsibilities Design and develop production-grade computer vision systems.
- •Refine and scale algorithms for our VPS system.
- •Optimize ML and CV code for maximum efficiency.
- •Create tools and frameworks for evaluating spatial grounding and 3D maps.
- •Lead technical design reviews and mentor junior engineers.
- •Collaborate with Product, Research, and Operations teams.
- •Requirements BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Robotics, Computer Vision, or related field. 5+ years of experience in image processing, computer vision, or 3D reconstruction.
- •Expert-level proficiency in Python and/or C++.
- •Deep experience with Deep Learning frameworks (PyTorch or JAX) and version control (Git).
