• •Capi is seeking an Analytics Engineer to own their data function end-to-end, sitting at the intersection of data, engineering/product, and business functions.
• •This role will architect and maintain data models and pipelines, build self-serve dashboards, and act as a trusted data partner.
• •Key Responsibilities Design, maintain, and improve data models and structure.
• •Ensure data quality, reliability, and availability through best practices.
• •Formalize and document key business and financial KPIs.
• •Create and maintain executive dashboards for strategic decision support.
• •Requirements 6+ years of experience in building and maintaining central data models.
• •Expert-level SQL for designing robust and scalable models.
• •Extensive BI/dash-boarding experience.
• •Strong ability to communicate data insights effectively to various audiences.
