Senior Fraud Strategy and Analytics Manager

Lead fraud analytics and model development to prevent and detect payment-related fraud.

• •Lead fraud strategy and analytics for Raisin US, building predictive models, real-time rules, and dashboards to detect and prevent fraud across payments and onboarding.
• •Key Responsibilities Analyze data to uncover fraud trends and system vulnerabilities using SQL and Python/R.
• •Design, test, and deploy fraud prevention rules and real-time models across payment rails.
• •Build predictive machine learning models and feature engineering for identity, device, and transactional signals.
• •Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Compliance to integrate models into production.
• •Requirements 8+ years in fraud risk management, analytics, or financial crime within fintech or payments.
• •Proficiency in SQL and Python; experience building fraud dashboards.
• •Deep domain knowledge of deposits, ACH, and modern instant payment systems.
• •Proven experience deploying rules and ML/statistical models in production.
