Lead and optimize Talkiatry's paid search program.
- •Lead and scale Talkiatry’s paid search program to improve acquisition efficiency and patient volume across Google, Bing, and ZocDoc using data-driven, value-based optimization.
- •Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end paid search: forecasting, budgeting, bidding, and creative testing.
- •Design and execute rigorous experiments for ad copy, keywords, and landing pages.
- •Build marginal CAC and spend sensitivity models to inform budget allocation.
- •Optimize automated and manual bidding; monitor auction and market signals.
- •Partner with Analytics, Finance, and Ops to integrate LTV and attribution into bidding.
- •Requirements Strong quantitative and analytical approach to Paid Search and forecasting.
- •Experience with value-based bidding, incrementality and marginal efficiency analysis.
- •Proven ability to manage Google, Bing, and ZocDoc search channels at scale.
- •Comfort working cross-functionally with Analytics and Finance.
