About the role

Lead and optimize Talkiatry's paid search program.

  • Lead and scale Talkiatry’s paid search program to improve acquisition efficiency and patient volume across Google, Bing, and ZocDoc using data-driven, value-based optimization.
  • Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end paid search: forecasting, budgeting, bidding, and creative testing.
  • Design and execute rigorous experiments for ad copy, keywords, and landing pages.
  • Build marginal CAC and spend sensitivity models to inform budget allocation.
  • Optimize automated and manual bidding; monitor auction and market signals.
  • Partner with Analytics, Finance, and Ops to integrate LTV and attribution into bidding.
  • Requirements Strong quantitative and analytical approach to Paid Search and forecasting.
  • Experience with value-based bidding, incrementality and marginal efficiency analysis.
  • Proven ability to manage Google, Bing, and ZocDoc search channels at scale.
  • Comfort working cross-functionally with Analytics and Finance.
