• •Key Responsibilities Develop trusted advisor relationships with executive sponsors to align product use with business strategy.
• •Oversee customer adoption, training, and best practices to drive ROI.
• •Manage account renewals, quarterly business reviews, and identify upsell opportunities.
• •Requirements 1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
• •Strong understanding of social media networks and monitoring tools.
