  • Coordinate with internal teams (product, development, QA) for project alignment.
  • Manage customer support requests and analyze trends for timely resolution.
  • Track customer usage and work with clients to improve software adoption and value.
  • Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support.
  • Requirements 3-5 years of experience in P&C or Specialty insurance, or as a project manager in software delivery.
  • Experience in customer success, client-facing roles, or IT project management.
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
