Principal Product Manager, Matching & Recommendations

Lead product strategy for Matching & Recommendations, focusing on ML and AI-driven user experiences.

• •As a Principal Product Manager, you will lead the evolution of how people discover each other across Bumble's ecosystem, defining and driving a unified vision for Matching that spans platform, models, and user experiences.
• •Your work will directly elevate match quality, trust, and meaningful outcomes for millions of people.
• •Key Responsibilities Define and drive the long-term product vision and strategy for Matching & Recommendations.
• •Lead the development of scalable recommendation systems, including ranking algorithms and personalization models.
• •Partner closely with Data Science and Engineering to design and ship machine learning-powered features.
• •Own experimentation strategy end-to-end, including A/B testing at scale.
• •Use data fluently to identify opportunities and guide prioritization.
• •Requirements Deep experience in product management within consumer technology, ideally working on personalization or recommendation systems.
• •Strong understanding of machine learning concepts and their application in product development.
• •Proven track record of leading complex, high-impact product areas with significant autonomy.
