  • Provide white-glove support for marquee customers in the EMEA Region.
  • Key Responsibilities Work directly with marquee accounts to ensure their success Host recurring meetings for customers Act as an internal champion for customers Handle standard escalation management Act as a product adoption expert Requirements 5+ years’ experience in providing customer facing support to Enterprise Accounts Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent written abilities and organizational skills Experience working with a range of customers, from individual contributors to C-levels Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS Bachelor's degree in computer science/Information technology or equivalent Ability to work in a fast-paced startup SaaS environment Strong desire to teach new customers about the platform Experience in JIRA, Zendesk and Salesforce a plus!
