TL;DR
Director of Engineering, Infrastructure to lead SRE, Security, and cloud platform operations.
- •Lead and grow Federato's Infrastructure organization, overseeing both SRE/Infrastructure and Security teams.
- •Partner with senior technical leaders to evolve cloud infrastructure, improving platform reliability, scalability, developer productivity, and operational efficiency.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead and grow the Infrastructure organization, overseeing both our SRE/Infrastructure and Security teams while fostering a high-performing engineering culture.
- •Partner with senior technical leaders to evolve our cloud infrastructure, improving platform reliability, scalability, developer productivity, and operational efficiency.
- •Drive the team's roadmap and execution, proactively identifying opportunities to mature processes, improve delivery, and reduce operational risk.
- •Represent the Infrastructure organization with executive leadership and customers, serving as a trusted technical leader internally and externally.
- •Requirements 8+ years of engineering experience with at least 5 years leading high-performing infrastructure, platform, SRE, or DevOps engineering teams.
- •Experience managing senior and Staff-level engineers while creating an environment where experienced technical leaders can thrive.
- •Strong background building and operating cloud infrastructure for B2B enterprise SaaS products, ideally within high-growth startup environments.
- •Able to balance strategic leadership with technical credibility, including participating in architectural reviews and technical discussions.
- •Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills with experience partnering across engineering, executive leadership, and customer-facing teams.
