- •Mira Mace is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to build the LLM-powered systems at the core of their product.
- •This role involves owning the agentic systems that handle customer work autonomously, including quality evaluation, retrieval, and AI features.
- •You will work directly with the founders to shape the technical roadmap and build reliable systems on top of modern LLMs.
- •Key Responsibilities Build LLM-powered agents that perform multi-step tasks autonomously.
- •Develop infrastructure for AI quality measurement and evaluation.
- •Design and implement retrieval systems for agent knowledge bases.
- •Integrate AI features into the product to enhance user efficiency.
- •Deploy to production and iterate based on real-world usage.
- •Requirements Proven experience building and shipping LLM-powered systems or agents to production.
- •Strong fluency with prompting, tool use, context management, and retrieval.
- •Experience building and using evaluation metrics for AI systems.
- •Solid software engineering fundamentals and experience debugging AI systems in production.
