- •Lead Garner Health Intelligence (GHI), the core of Garner's products, responsible for doctor rankings and foundational data assets.
- •This role owns the business, setting technical direction, building a world-class team, and managing production systems end-to-end.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead applied scientists and clinical researchers in building and evolving doctor-ranking algorithms.
- •Own the roadmap and standards for Garner Health Intelligence.
- •Build, lead, and develop the GHI organization across Applied Science, Clinical Research, and Garner Insights.
- •Be accountable for the business results of GHI, including the success of rankings and commercial performance of Garner Insights.
- •Shape the hardest, most ambiguous problems, setting objective functions and decision frameworks.
- •Requirements 7+ years of experience in applied science, quantitative research, or machine learning, with personal experience building algorithmic systems.
- •Proven track record of running an algorithms-driven organization as a business, owning both technical results and accountability.
- •Management experience, including managing managers and scaling high-performing technical teams.
- •Deep quantitative and applied problem-solving skills with strong judgment in defining metrics and selecting methods.
- •Recognized technical authority with credibility to lead expert scientists.
