Lead Enterprise and commercial sales in APAC for Deepgram.

  • Deepgram is seeking a GM Sales to lead an Enterprise and commercial segment of their Account Executive team to drive growth in the APAC region.
  • This role is strategic and hands-on, focusing on optimizing sales systems and developing high-performing sales talent.
  • Key Responsibilities Own the APAC/ANZ P&L and build a strategic roadmap for ARR growth.
  • Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performance team of Account Executives and dotted line reports.
  • Identify and sign strategic regional partners, GSIs, and local resellers.
  • Implement rigorous forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and territory management.
  • Act as the primary executive sponsor for major regional accounts.
  • Requirements Proven experience in building and scaling high-performing sales teams.
  • Ability to blend data-driven rigor with creativity to shape customer base growth.
  • Experience in managing P&L and executing strategic roadmaps.
