Lead Enterprise and commercial sales in APAC for Deepgram.
- •Deepgram is seeking a GM Sales to lead an Enterprise and commercial segment of their Account Executive team to drive growth in the APAC region.
- •This role is strategic and hands-on, focusing on optimizing sales systems and developing high-performing sales talent.
- •Key Responsibilities Own the APAC/ANZ P&L and build a strategic roadmap for ARR growth.
- •Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performance team of Account Executives and dotted line reports.
- •Identify and sign strategic regional partners, GSIs, and local resellers.
- •Implement rigorous forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and territory management.
- •Act as the primary executive sponsor for major regional accounts.
- •Requirements Proven experience in building and scaling high-performing sales teams.
- •Ability to blend data-driven rigor with creativity to shape customer base growth.
- •Experience in managing P&L and executing strategic roadmaps.
