• •This role will be instrumental in identifying, evaluating, and executing mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships.
• •Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end M&A process, from sourcing to closing.
• •Conduct market research and financial analysis to identify strategic opportunities.
• •Develop financial models and valuation analyses for potential transactions.
• •Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful integration of acquired companies.
• •Manage relationships with external advisors, investment banks, and legal counsel.
• •Requirements Proven experience in corporate development, investment banking, or private equity.
