Senior Technical Program Manager (Hardware Deployment)

Lead the deployment of Pano's camera systems from concept to fully live operations.

• •Lead the end-to-end execution of deploying Pano's camera systems from concept through to fully live operations.
• •Key Responsibilities Own the full lifecycle of camera deployment programs, from initial planning through installation and go-live Develop and manage detailed program schedules, proactively identifying risks and driving mitigation strategies Partner cross-functionally with Site Acquisition, Site Development, Field Operations, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure successful execution Requirements 7+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Operations, or a related role in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment Proven ability to manage complex, hardware/software integrated programs from concept to deployment Strong technical fluency to effectively partner with engineering teams and diagnose system-level issues
