Director of Software

Lead software strategy and team for quantum computing software at Quantinuum.

• •Drive the overarching software strategy for Quantinuum, leading teams to create a high-performance software stack for quantum computers and developer tools.
• •Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the roadmap for Quantinuum’s software stack.
• •Oversee the architecture and construction of a scalable developer platform for quantum applications.
• •Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing team of software engineers.
• •Requirements Master's degree (minimum) or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Quantum Computing, Physics, or a related field. 10+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership or management capacity.
