About the role
Lead demand generation strategy and execution to drive pipeline growth through ABM, paid media, and marketing automation.
- •As Growth Marketing Lead, you will own the strategy and execution of demand generation programs to drive pipeline growth.
- •You will scale proven plays across ABM, paid media, and email marketing while optimizing conversion rates and acquisition costs.
- •Key Responsibilities Own channel strategy across ABM, paid search, social, and email marketing.
- •Build full-funnel campaigns in partnership with product marketing and sales.
- •Manage marketing operations, including audience segmentation and performance dashboards.
- •Optimize copy for campaign assets and manage agency partners for execution.
- •Requirements 8+ years of experience in B2B demand generation or growth marketing.
- •Proven track record of driving measurable pipeline growth.
- •Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM systems.
- •Experience managing ad campaigns and events in a fast-paced startup environment.
