- •As our Workplace Experience Manager, you will lead the strategy, operations, and evolution of our global workplace facilities footprint, ensuring our offices and employee experience programs scale alongside the company.
- •Key Responsibilities Oversee the operations of all global Cresta offices, ensuring a consistent, high-quality workplace experience while balancing local needs and regional nuances.
- •Lead lease renewals, expansions, and new site acquisitions in partnership with Finance and Legal, ensuring our workplace footprint supports business growth.
- •Develop and execute a comprehensive workplace strategy that aligns physical spaces, employee experience programs, and business needs as the company scales.
