Lead engineering for data capture, ingestion, and integration systems supporting Gong's platform.

• •Lead and scale Engineering teams building data capture, ingestion, and integration systems that power Gong's revenue intelligence platform.
• •Partner cross-functionally to deliver reliable, high-volume, real-time data solutions.
• •Key Responsibilities Lead and grow teams responsible for data ingestion, pipelines, and integrations.
• •Define technical strategy and roadmap for data capture and integration platforms.
• •Ensure scalability, reliability, and strong SLAs for real-time data systems.
• •Own architecture decisions for pipelines, integration frameworks, and event-driven systems.
• •Hire, mentor, and build high-performing engineering managers and senior engineers.
• •Requirements 8+ years in software engineering with 3+ years managing managers.
• •Experience leading data platforms, ingestion, or integrations teams.
• •Strong background in distributed systems, streaming and batch data pipelines.
