Warehouse Specialist

Manage UK warehouse operations, drive excellence, and optimize processes.

• •Bigblue is looking for an experienced and results-driven Warehouse Specialist to manage our UK warehouse based in Thrapston.
• •This role is a key position within the Bigblue Fulfillment team, playing a central part in delivering a seamless and high-quality experience to our merchants.
• •Key Responsibilities Drive operational excellence and own key KPIs.
• •Improve processes and systems to optimize performance.
• •Act as the on-site operations leader and build strong stakeholder relationships.
• •Track and analyze warehouse costs and suggest optimization initiatives.
• •Requirements 1+ year of experience in supply chain, fulfilment, e-commerce or 3PL management.
• •Strong computer literacy skills
• •including usage of Google Sheets/Excel.
• •Outstanding analytical skills and a doer-mentality.
