- •Key Responsibilities Proactively monitor, validate and troubleshoot system and application issues.
- •Adhere to SLAs for support coverage to ensure timely resolution for customer issues.
- •Handle system and application health checks to ensure smooth functioning of the product/applications.
- •Flexible to work in staggered shifts including weekends.
- •Identify monitoring gaps and suggest ways to bridge them.
