- •Drata's Marketing Operations team is the operational backbone that turns marketing activity into qualified, attributable pipeline.
- •We're looking for a Senior Marketing Operations Specialist who can move fluidly between hands-on campaign execution and building the automations, integrations, and AI-driven workflows that remove manual work from the funnel.
- •Key Responsibilities Drive the execution and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- •Identify opportunities to apply AI/LLM-based tools to marketing operations workflows.
- •Build predictive lead scoring models, next-best-action or next-best-offer engines, automated content or subject line personalization using generative AI.
- •Requirements Strong understanding of marketing operations and AI/ML applications.
- •Experience with data analysis and BI tools.
- •Ability to build and optimize marketing automation workflows.
