• •AnswersNow is seeking a Staff Engineer AI/ML to drive the architecture and development of their virtual ABA therapy platform.
• •This role involves technical leadership, mentorship, and ensuring the reliable integration of AI/ML models.
• •Key Responsibilities Own and evolve the architecture of the core platform (React, Node.js, Postgres, AWS).
• •Design and extend ETL pipelines and AI integration frameworks.
• •Lead technical design reviews and ensure engineering decisions are documented.
• •Mentor engineers and establish engineering standards for code quality and observability.
• •Define and execute the technical strategy for integrating ML/AI models.
• •Requirements 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, with 3+ years in a senior/staff role.
• •Deep expertise in JavaScript and TypeScript, React, Node.js/Express, and Postgres.
• •Proven experience designing distributed systems or data pipelines on AWS.
