About the role
Drive customer success for enterprise accounts in France and Switzerland.
- •Manage a portfolio of 15-25 high-touch enterprise accounts across France and Switzerland, owning the full customer lifecycle to drive adoption, renewals, and expansion.
- •Key Responsibilities Build trusted relationships with executive and operational contacts as a strategic advisor.
- •Develop data-driven success plans aligned to clients' business objectives.
- •Drive adoption of Contentsquare products and AI-powered capabilities.
- •Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Onboarding, Professional Services, and Partnerships.
- •Monitor portfolio performance and lead renewal and upsell strategies.
- •Requirements 5+ years in high-touch enterprise Customer Success, Account Management, or senior consulting.
- •Strong stakeholder management with C-level and operational experience.
- •Fluent French and English communication skills.
- •Knowledge of analytics landscape and modern data/AI ecosystems (data warehouses, LLM tools).
