- •As a Senior Solutions Consultant, you will partner with Enterprise Account Executives to drive revenue growth by delivering tailored product demonstrations and technical expertise to high-value clients.
- •Key Responsibilities Customize and deliver demos aligned with business initiatives like employee engagement and retention.
- •Communicate technical fluency regarding APIs and integrations with platforms like Workday and SAP.
- •Lead pre-sales activities, including responding to complex RFIs/RFPs and scoping deals.
- •Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Sales Enablement teams.
- •Requirements 5-7 years of experience as a Solutions Consultant in a SaaS environment.
- •Fluency in French and/or German is required.
- •Strong communication skills with experience presenting to C-suite executives.
- •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
