  • As a Senior Solutions Consultant, you will partner with Enterprise Account Executives to drive revenue growth by delivering tailored product demonstrations and technical expertise to high-value clients.
  • Key Responsibilities Customize and deliver demos aligned with business initiatives like employee engagement and retention.
  • Communicate technical fluency regarding APIs and integrations with platforms like Workday and SAP.
  • Lead pre-sales activities, including responding to complex RFIs/RFPs and scoping deals.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Sales Enablement teams.
  • Requirements 5-7 years of experience as a Solutions Consultant in a SaaS environment.
  • Fluency in French and/or German is required.
  • Strong communication skills with experience presenting to C-suite executives.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
