• •OpenFX is hiring its first Product Operations Manager to refine and enhance the Product Operating System across a small, dense product team.
• •Key Responsibilities Enhance product craft and standards enablement.
• •Support Product Managers through Go-Live and own the cross-functional interface to GTM, Customer Success, and Operations.
• •Help the product team listen better by pulling qualitative signal into a usable layer for PMs.
• •Identify where automation and agents can change how product work gets done at OpenFX.
• •Contribute alongside the Head of Product Operations on sprint reporting, roadmap mechanics, prioritization rhythms, and operating cadence.
• •Requirements Five to eight years in Product Operations, Strategy and Operations, or a hybrid senior PM role at a scaled fintech or B2B SaaS.
• •AI-pilled and hands-on with AI tools as a productivity multiplier for your own work.
• •Hands-on experience with Heap or a comparable product analytics platform, plus Linear, Notion, and Customer.io.
• •SQL enough to validate your own numbers.
