  • Osmo seeks a Commercial Sales Manager to grow its fragrance oil business across fine fragrance, home, and personal categories, combining commercial strategy with fragrance expertise and AI-enabled development tools.
  • Key Responsibilities Manage and grow a portfolio of ~8–12 oil clients and drive new business across mass to prestige categories.
  • Identify underserved brands and whitespace opportunities and leverage industry networks to accelerate growth.
  • Lead fragrance presentations, evaluations, and guide clients with perfumers toward commercial directions.
  • Build long-term relationships with founders, product teams, and commercialization partners.
  • Requirements 3–5+ years of fragrance house experience with existing industry network.
  • Experience with both large and entrepreneurial fragrance environments and managing emerging accounts.
  • Commercially minded, strong presentation and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable with technology and curious about AI in fragrance development.
