- •Gong is seeking a Senior IT DataOps Business Intelligence Engineer to join their IT Infrastructure team.
- •This role will focus on building, optimizing, and maintaining the data infrastructure to support business analytics, data integration, and automation efforts.
- •Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and own scalable Reverse ETL (RETL) pipelines using Census, Workato, dbt, and Snowflake.
- •Manage, optimize, and scale Tableau Server and Tableau Cloud environments.
- •Partner with business teams to architect, build, and maintain custom internal applications in Retool.
- •Integrate Generative AI APIs into internal applications to automate workflows.
- •Requirements 2-5 years of experience in BI Engineering, analytics engineering, or IT infrastructure supporting data platforms.
- •Experience with Snowflake, GitHub, and dbt for scalable data modeling and transformation.
- •Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation and automation.
- •Familiarity with integrating REST APIs for Large Language Models (LLMs).
