  • Lead and inspire a team of Regional Sales Managers in Australia to achieve sales goals.
  • Key Responsibilities Recruit, develop, and lead a team of Enterprise Sales Reps.
  • Build a sales team and future sales leaders of Cribl.
  • Develop a business plan to overachieve sales goals.
  • Manage and maintain the sales ecosystem from generating leads through closing.
  • Part of a proven leadership team and play a key role in developing the GTM.
  • Requirements Minimum 5 years of leading Enterprise sales teams.
  • Experience scaling and growing an ANZ team and proven success in New Zealand.
  • A successful track record of overachievement annually.
  • Experience leading sales teams who sell through security channel partners.
