- •Delinea is seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Offensive Security to lead and mature its in-house Offensive Security program.
- •This role involves collaborating with various teams to test the security of Delinea's products and enterprise environments.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead the definition and maturation of Delinea's Offensive Security function, including Penetration Testing and Red Teaming.
- •Manage a team of penetration testers and offensive security engineers, providing mentorship and guidance.
- •Oversee internal and external penetration testing engagements from start to finish.
- •Utilize adversarial TTPs and tooling to test enterprise and product security controls through red/purple team assessments.
- •Develop comprehensive reports and presentations for technical and executive audiences.
- •Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- •Minimum 7+ years of hands-on experience in web application, API, and network penetration testing. 3+ years of experience building and leading technical product or offensive security teams.
- •Proficiency with offensive tooling, penetration testing methodologies, and frameworks like MITRE ATT&CK and OWASP.
- •Experience testing identity infrastructure, privileged access attack paths, and cloud environments (Azure, AWS).
