Designs and develops product content, collaborating with cross-functional teams.

• •Design and develop world-class product content for PointClickCare.
• •Work with UX Designers, Engineers, and Product Leaders.
• •Key Responsibilities Design and develop product content Work closely with UX Designers, Engineers, and Product Leaders Research and draft content strategies Refine mock-ups and content prototypes Write words and design content for customer use Requirements Experience in content design Portfolio of work including UI content, instructional documentation, microcopy, and AI-assisted design Ability to travel to Mississauga and Salt Lake City offices for in-office events
